1. Return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible.
2. Eligible reasons

3. Item condition requirements
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags attached
- In original packaging where possible (including any accessories that came with the item)
4. Photos and proof
- Clear, well‑lit close‑up of the issue (defect/damage)
- Photo of the size/material tag
- Front and back photos of the full item
- For wrong item/size: a photo showing the received size or style
5. How to request a return

- Include your order number, item name, reason for return, preferred resolution (refund or exchange), and the required photos.
- Wait for approval and instructions. Do not send items back without authorization.
- Pack the item securely; use original packaging where possible.

7. What cannot be returned
- Items that are worn, washed, stained, altered, or damaged through use
- Items missing original tags
- Minor cosmetic variations such as slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color when in stock. Follow the same request steps above and note “exchange” as the preferred resolution. For our‑error exchanges, Hazmie covers shipping. For change‑of‑mind exchanges, the customer covers the return shipping; outbound replacement shipping may incur the standard shipping fee ($6.99).
9. Approval and timing
- Support aims to respond within 1–2 business days with approval status and next steps.
- After the return arrives and passes inspection, Hazmie confirms by email.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD within 5–7 business days after inspection; it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
